Sometimes the fruit of healing looks like this. 🤍

A little one growing up in a home where faith is practiced, where emotional and spiritual health are valued, and where the people raising her are choosing to do the deep work with Jesus.

Because the SOULWELL Journey was never meant to end with us.

When God brings healing into one life, it changes the way we love. The way we parent. The way we respond instead of react. The way we tell our stories. The way we show up for the people entrusted to us.

And little by little, what God heals in one generation becomes part of the inheritance of the next.

At SOULWELL, one of the ways we measure what God is doing isn’t simply by retreats completed. It’s by lives changed and legacies transformed.

This sweet girl is a beautiful reminder of why the soul work matters.

We heal for ourselves, yes.
But soul work is also for the sake of others.

May our children - and our children’s children - inherit more freedom, more wholeness, and a deeper understanding of what it means to walk closely with Jesus.

Healed people help heal people.
And transformed lives transform legacies.

To our beautiful SOULWELL Sojourners -

Look at this picture.

You arrived carrying your own stories, questions, wounds, hopes, fears, and prayers.

And somewhere in the slowing down, the listening, the laughter, the tears, the stillness, the conversations and the sacred spaces in between… God met you.

You completed AWAKENING. But this was never meant to be a mountaintop experience you leave behind.

This is the beginning of learning to recognize Jesus in the ordinary places of your life.
To notice what is happening beneath the surface.
To listen for His voice.
To hold your story with greater honesty and grace.
To practice the tools you were given.
To choose surrender again and again.
And to keep walking toward the freedom Christ has already given you.

And perhaps one of the sweetest parts?

You don’t walk from here alone.

Look around this picture. These are your holy companions. Women who witnessed pieces of your story and allowed you to witness pieces of theirs. Women who are learning alongside you what it means to become human beings, rather than human doings.

Sojourners, protect what God has begun.

Make room for stillness.
Stay curious.
Keep listening.
Keep practicing.
Keep showing up for one another.

And when life gets loud again - and it will - remember what you discovered here:

He is the Healer. Your invitation is to stay close enough to let Him continue His work.

AWAKENING is complete.

But your Journey has only begun.

We love you. We are praying for you. And we cannot wait to see what God continues to awaken, heal, restore, and transform as you walk toward ARISING.

Come to the Well. Keep walking. Live free. 🤍

There are weekends when you see the hands and feet of Jesus so clearly - and this was one of them.

To every person who said yes to serving, praying, preparing, listening, encouraging, welcoming, carrying, and simply being present: thank you.

You loved without needing recognition.
You served without needing the spotlight.
You created space for others to slow down, breathe deeply, be known, and encounter Jesus.

Some of the most beautiful Kingdom work happens quietly - in a prayer whispered over someone, a meal prepared with love, a chair placed exactly where it needs to be, a burden shared, a hug offered, or simply sitting beside someone so they know they aren’t walking alone.

This is what community looks like. This is what servanthood looks like. This is what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

We are deeply grateful for each of you and the unique way God used your yes.

What a privilege it is to serve alongside people who understand that He is the Healer - we simply commit to the process, love His people well, and make room for Him to do His work.

Today, a new Journey begins. 🤍

As the women of our Fall SOULWELL Journey arrive and our team prepares to walk alongside them, we invite you to cover this weekend in prayer.

Pray for hearts to be open.
Pray for courage to be present.
Pray for rest for weary souls.
Pray for holy companionship and deep connection.
Pray for our team to listen well, love well, and serve humbly.
And above all, pray that each woman encounters Jesus in exactly the way He knows she needs.

We don’t know what God will do in these next few days - but we trust the One who does.

He is the Healer. We simply make room for Him to do His work.

Sometimes the holiest thing you can do is slow down long enough to notice that God has been with you all along.

Take a deep breath.

Come sit with Jesus for a minute.

The strongest people often become the ones carrying everyone else’s burdens.

But somewhere along the way, we begin carrying things Jesus never asked us to hold.

Today, let His invitation be enough:

“Come to Me… and I will give you rest.”

One prayer.
One conversation.
One moment.

Sometimes they do.

But more often, God works differently.

He meets us in the quiet moments.

A walk with a friend.

A cup of coffee before the day begins.

A whispered prayer.

A page of Scripture.

A moment of worship.

A conversation where we finally let our guard down.

Transformation isn’t always loud.

More often, it’s faithful.

One step.
One surrender.
One quiet “yes” at a time.

Sometimes the hardest kind of tired isn’t physical.

It’s the kind that comes from carrying too much for too long.

Trying to be everything for everyone.

Holding it all together.

Wondering why trying harder still hasn’t brought peace.

If that’s where you find yourself today, know this:

God isn’t asking you to strive for His love or earn His presence.

He’s inviting you to come close.

To lay down the burdens you’ve been carrying.

To find rest that isn’t based on a vacation, a weekend off, or having life all figured out—but on being with Him.

Maybe that’s the invitation your soul has been longing for.
