The specific purposes of the organization are to:

Provide educational scholarships to support formal and/or informal education of girls and women in sub-Saharan Africa and the Diaspora who are economically disadvantaged. Organize training seminars and workshops that advance the personal, educational, career, professional and leadership potential of girls and women in sub-Saharan Africa and the Di

aspora. Produce, publish, and disseminate print and web-based educational and economic resources for girls and women in sub-Saharan Africa and the Diaspora. convened by interested and committed resource persons on seminal topics relevant to the well-being of girls and women in sub-Saharan Africa and the Diaspora.

Did you that this year, the IRS has allowed taxpayers who don't normally itemize deductions to give a charitable deduction of up to $300 for cash contributions. The law changed in this area due to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.
