Landell blankets will be on sale this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in front of the school starting at 2:15. The blankets are $30 each. They are 60x70 inches. These would make a great gift for the holidays. Payments can be made with cash, check, Zelle or Venmo. Checks should be made out to Leopards for Learning Foundation. The proceeds support 6th grade camp. If you pre-ordered a blanket, you could pick it up at that time. If anyone that pre-ordered a blanket cannot pick it up during these times, we will reach out to you to make arrangements so you have it before the break.

The Landell School community literally donated a TON (2,000 lbs) of food!

We delivered the food to We Care on Monday, November 3rd. It was 2,004.5 lbs of food and 87 lbs of toiletries. This equated to 56 boxes + 2 bags of 50 lb of rice each, and 2 cases of water.

This speaks volumes about the unity and strength of our community when we come together. A sincere thank you to all who made this happen. A special shoutout to Student Council and Lynn and George Pardon for leading this event, and all the volunteers who helped collect and organize the items.

Red Ribbon Week is celebrated annually at the end of October. Red Ribbon Week highlights the importance of living a drug-free life. In addition to different dress up days during the week of October 27 to 31, the Landell PTA is working with the Student Council in conducting a food drive. The food will be given to We Care which has a food pantry serving the local community. Imagine a community that had no drug abuse and no one went hungry.
