We are incredibly proud of our TX CF Intruders 2033 team for being recognized with the 2026 Community Service Recognition Award by the Snowdrop Foundation and Texas Children’s Hospital.
While wins and championships are exciting, the greatest victories happen when we use the game of softball to make a difference in the lives of others.
One of the most important lessons we can teach our athletes is that giving back matters. Softball is about so much more than balls and strikes. It’s about compassion, character, gratitude, leadership, and serving our community. We hope every player who wears an Intruders jersey learns that the impact they make off the field can be even greater than anything they accomplish on it.
Congratulations to our 2033 team for representing the Intruders organization with such heart. Thank you to the Snowdrop Foundation and Texas Children’s Hospital for allowing our athletes to experience the true meaning of serving others.
We couldn’t be more proud. 🖤🤍❤️
Beyond this game, there is a heavier and more challenging battle being fought each day with the hundreds of thousands of children fighting cancer. Each season, the ladies have dedicated time for giving and the privilege, health, and ability to play/coach the game of softball.
The Team is happy to have received this recognition but fails in comparison to the perspective and gratitude gained from bringing joy to the many young heroes currently battling their childhood cancer.
Thank you to the Snowdrop Foundation and Texas Children's Hospital for allowing us the opportunity and for enabling the ‘season for giving’ to be that much more meaningful.
