Keeping a record of your 4-H activities helps you track your goals, reflect on your progress, and build important life skills like organization and responsibility. It also prepares you for scholarships, college, and future jobs.

If your child loves horses, or has always wanted to learn more about them, make plans to join us for Start Horsin' Around at the Texas State 4-H Horse Show!

This FREE, family-friendly event includes: 🐴 Meet real horses 🎮 Virtual riding experiences 🏇 Stick horse races 🍪 Snacks 🎁 Prizes ☘️ Information about getting involved in 4-H

Whether you're already involved with horses or just curious, this is a great opportunity to explore the equine world in a fun and welcoming environment.

Don't miss out on a chance to enter your dog in the many performance events featured at the Houston World Series of Dog Shows! 💖

🐶 Barn Hunt - entries close today, July 5th, at 11:59pm. Additional fees will apply to any late entries. Entries are not guaranteed and will be accepted only up to judging limits.

🐾 All other performance events - entries close day of event or until full.

🐕 AKC Fetch, Barn Hunt, Farm Dog, and Sniff Fest are all offering TRY-ITs at the show to ANYONE who wants to "Give it a try!".
