Pressure can make you feel like you have to act now, solve everything, or force an answer. But God’s Word says, Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD (Psalm 27:14). Waiting does not mean giving up. It means choosing God’s will over the pressure to rush ahead. When uncertainty rises, bring the decision to Jesus. Trust Him enough to wait rather than letting pressure choose for you.

Try This: Before one decision today, pause and pray, “Jesus, do I want Your will more than I want a quick answer?”

Save this for the next time pressure makes you want to rush.

Behold, the Son of Man at the Right Hand of Power

What does it mean that Jesus is seated at the right hand of power? It means the One who walked in our flesh, felt our pain, endured rejection, and died on the cross is now exalted in victory. He is not distant—He sees you, hears you, and intercedes for you.

The enemy wants you to forget who is on the throne. But when you lift your eyes and remember where Jesus is, your faith rises. He is far above every power, every principality, every fear, and every storm.

He is seated because the work is finished, and because He is seated, you can stand.

You do not have to wait until doing right feels easy before saying yes to God. Jesus showed surrendered obedience at Calvary: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross (Philippians 2:8). Feelings can change, but faith can still choose God's will.

Try This: Name one clear step of obedience you have delayed. Pray, then take that step today.

A Living Epistle of Christ
If the world could only read your life, what would it say about Jesus?
Your life is a letter, an epistle being read by those around you. But you were never meant to be the author. The Holy Spirit is the One who writes Christ upon your heart, revealing His love, mercy, faith, and power through your life.

You cannot make yourself more like Jesus through human effort. The flesh profits nothing; the power is not in the vessel, but in the treasure within. When we stop striving and surrender to the Spirit, even our weakness becomes an opportunity for the strength of Christ to be revealed.

In Gethsemane, Jesus did not hide His agony. He prayed, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt (Matthew 26:39).

Faith does not pretend the cost is small. It brings the pain honestly to God and still yields. Jesus chose the Father’s will and went to Calvary for our salvation.

Try This: Name what hurts in prayer, then say, “Lord, help me choose Your will.”

What happened may have hurt deeply, but revenge will not heal the wound. God says, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord (Romans 12:19).
Forgiveness does not call the wrong acceptable. It places the matter in God’s hands and refuses to let another person’s actions keep ruling your heart. Jesus showed mercy at Calvary, and He can help you choose mercy instead of retaliation.

Try This: Tell Jesus exactly where you were hurt, then surrender the person, the wrong, and the outcome to Him.

Save this for a day when old hurt tries to return.
