Those who live in the Cuyahoga Manor #2 subdivision have access to the property but must have an active certificate. Cuyahoga Manor is an allotment of approximately 170 homes built in the 1950’s. The community and pool has a rich history full of fun and friendship, and we strive to keep the annual traditions that have united our neighborhood in the past. At the center of our neighborhood we have a
wonderful pool complete with grassy areas and chairs for laying out, a covered pavilion, a basketball court, a wading pool for the little ones, and more! The pool is walking distance from the homes in the neighborhood, making it as convenient as it is fun. The association is run on a budget raised from dues and is a non-profit organization. It is set up for the enjoyment of the members of the association. With the transfer of the pool certificate and membership, you become a member of the association. If you purchased a home that did not hold a certificate, we look forward to answering any questions you have regarding the purchase of a certificate and becoming a part of our association! We welcome all members to participate in the monthly board meeting, held at the pool on the first Sunday of each month at 7pm. During the off-season, the meetings may be held at a board member’s home. Your input is important and appreciated!
