Serenity Crossroads llc Serenity Crossroads are Residential Class 2 Facilities serving the Mentally Ill community of Summit We have a three component program.

Serenity Crossroads caters to the population with mental health issues and addiction problems, also known as dual diagnose. We focus on good nutritional square meals which is essential for improving mental health of our clients. Dietians have discovered the importance of B6, B12 along with certain amino acids can improve the mental health for some patient. Next we offer a sobriety support environm

ent which includes AA meetings and recovery resources. Lastly we support each clients mental health and medical health plan of care.
