Cadet Day, May 6th, Larose Civic Center
We are needing volunteers to help with Cadet Day. I will be getting definite time today but will be during school hours. We are needing parents to help chaperone, cook food, serve food and snacks.

If you are able to help please let me know either here or reach out to me at 985-258-4790. We need at least 6 parents per Colonel Menyweather.

Tonight's concession at 5:30pm for basketball we will only being doing drinks, chips and candy. The games tonight are the Freshmen games and dont bring the crouds and need for the hot foods. Thanks

Couple Announcements:

April 29th at Lacasa.. Come eat and Lacasa will give back 10% of all proceeds to the Tarpon Battalion..

May 8th is Cadet Day at the Larose Civic Center.. We are hosting Cadet Day so we need volunteers to help throughout the day.. Baked goods and concession will be available so please if you can help in any way it will mean the world..

May 10th at the Golden Meadow Park for the Mother's Day Out Craft Fair, we will have a booth for a Battalion wide bake sale in which we will again need some volunteers and Cadets to help out. 10 to 4. We will be there until we sell out.. If you can help in any way, Thank You in Advance..

We do have a couple fundraisers for the DC trip in the works as well as the whole Battalion over the summer.. Please stay tuned for that announcement..

Today we started the process of forming a 501c3 for the SLHS Booster Club. So far we have our Official FB Page and plan on an Instagram. Thank you to The Law Office of Jeray Jambom Jarreau for helping us get set up in the right direction.

Our appointed Board Members are as follows:
President: Stephanie Diaz
Vise President: Scotty Trosclair
Treasurer: Maggie Trosclair
Secretary: Dawn Theriot

We are in the process of getting a PO Box in Cut Off for an Official Mailing address. It will be announced once we get it.

Our hope for this Official Organization is so the we can support the teaching staff in all that they will do help our kids with. If you have a child in the program I ask you follow the page and stay active in the organization. We will try to take this to the next level and make this one of the premier organizations at the school.
