We appreciate the interest in this offering! It’s pretty simple, after a solid year of working towards making our numbers more manageable and being diligent to focus on thinning numbers by first, getting rid of the ones that need to go, second offering the best we can to the public through multiple production sales, bred sale and private options, we have come very close to the numbers we feel we can manage. So many have been able to take advantage of these offerings. A few of the most recent examples are as follows:
Schram Livestock’s private half interest $50,000 purchase of In The Wood’s mother as a bred who just had the Reserve Grand Barrow at the National Western 2024.
The Exchange Livestock Event’s production sale purchase of an open gilt for $5,000 that in her first litter produced BIG INDIAN, just introduced and standing here at BF.
Premium Blend’s $4100 online purchase of a mature open gilt that in her first litter made PHOTO FINISH standing at Premium Blend.
I say all that to say, we are CLOSE, but not quite there on our numbers and offering another opportunity to acquire a Brockman female in this BUY EM & BREED EM - OPEN FEMALE SALE. This group of females in this offering comes from genetic lines we have built on, some have had more litters and some very young, but all have been vaccinated and are fully ready to be bred. This sale will simply work as follows:
1. ALL SOWS ON THE SPREADSHEET ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.
2. ONCE A SOW IS PAID FOR SHE WILL BE MARKED SOLD, NO HOLDS, FIRST ONE TO PAY FOR HER WILL BECOME THE NEW OWNER.
3. ANY SOW PURCHASED MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED.
4. ONCE A SOW SOLD, OR IS BRED HERE IN OUR ROTATION, WE WILL REMOVE HER FROM THE “AVAILABLE FOR SALE” LIST.
5. WE WILL SHOW THE SOWS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. (Unfortunately with this time of year, no pictures or videos will be available.)
6. SOWS SELL AS OPEN AND READY TO BREED. (We would be happy to share with you our plan for breeding them this time.)
7. SOWS ARE BEING SOLD AS IS, WE HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THEY SHOULD HAVE ANY ISSUE BREEDING BACK.
8. THE CURRENT SPREADSHEET WITH AVAILABLE SOWS FOR SALE WILL BE ON BROCKMANFARMS.COM & IN THE COMMENTS OF THIS POST.

**There is one lot (142-11) that is currently bred. If purchased she will be available for pickup at weaning. For an additional fee we would be able to breed her here out of the crate on our weaning schedule and the buyer pick her up 5 weeks after bred.
