Duck race became a duck swim!

‼️Duck Race‼️Nature has foiled us again!! We are unable to be on the river but we are still going to be at the park at 2. We will be “ fishing” for the ducks instead! Join us on August 9th at Irvin Park. We are having a duck race. Sponsor a duck as it makes it's way down the Susquehanna River. Each duck is a $10 donation per sponsor. Each sponsor will be assigned a number for your duck. The fastest ducks win a cash prize. Can't make it the day of the event? That's okay, we will cheer on your duck from the banks of the Susquehanna and let you know if you were the winner.
This fundraising event benefits the Curwensville Regional Development Corporation (CRDC) and its ongoing efforts to improve and enhance our community. Proceeds from the duck race will help support local development projects, community beautification efforts, recreational opportunities, and initiatives that make Curwensville a great place to live, work, and visit.
Adopt a duck, cheer it on from the shoreline, and enjoy an afternoon of fun with family, friends, and neighbors. Every duck purchased helps support projects that strengthen our community and create opportunities for future growth.

Due to high river levels, the CRDC Duck Race scheduled for tomorrow at 1:00 PM has been canceled.

🎉 The festival will still take place as planned tomorrow!

🎟️ Duck race tickets will still be sold at the festival tomorrow, so you can still purchase your lucky duck and be part of the fun on August 9th!

Get ready for one of the tastiest traditions of the summer! Join the Curwensville Regional Development Corporation (CRDC) for our Annual Chicken BBQ during the Curwensville Blueberry Festival at Irvin Park on Saturday, July 25.

For just $12 per meal, you'll enjoy a delicious BBQ chicken dinner while supporting CRDC's efforts to enhance and strengthen the Curwensville community. Every meal purchased helps fund community improvement projects, events, and initiatives that make our town an even better place to live, work, and visit.
