Invitation to the 8th Annual Art Show at L.P. Collins Elementary

We are excited to invite you and your children to the Art Show on Wednesday, April 22nd from 6pm to 7:30pm in the GLC, art room and on the stage.

The students have created 500 clay objects and 500 sculptures.

We would like to extend a big thank you to the Art Show parent volunteers!

The Art Ambassadors of the 1st/2nd and 3rd grade classes will present to you the art show and projects. Look out for students wearing the golden medallions.

This year’s theme of the “Glow in the Dark” Gallery is “Alice in Wonderland” and “The Queens Garden”. Wear white or neon colors to glow in the dark gallery!

Enjoy exploring what your children have built, painted, sculpted and designed. Try out the STEM-Activities and take photos at the photo booths.

We can’t wait to see you all at the Art Show!

Clearing out the closets and making room for the holidays? Give your items a second chance at life by bringing them to our Goodwill Donations Drive and raise money for our school at the same time! By donating your clothing and other items, you stop the landfills from getting bigger and you keep usable material from being thrown in the trash.

Goodwill of Silicon Valley accepts a wide variety of items including clothing, housewares, shoes, books, jewelry, and electronics (working and non-working). We also accept printers, microwaves, vacuums, sellable furniture, small appliances, foreign currency, and baubles. We DO NOT accept large appliances, large furniture, batteries, weapons, trash, liquids of any kind (paints, oils, alcohol, flammables, etc) or hazardous chemicals.
