Thank you, Ivan.

We are grateful to be at the forefront of equipping pastors and church leaders in Uganda with a true understanding of God’s Word.

Testimonies like these show the great need for solid biblical training in Uganda, and they also show how God is working through these trainings to bring genuine transformation in individuals, revival in ministry, and growth in the Church.

Alex Messamore is currently in Uganda. A few days ago, he traveled with the Raising Hands Ministries International team to Luuka District for a discipleship boot camp. During the training, he taught pastors, church leaders, and church members how to share the Gospel effectively.

We thank God for this great moment. 45 students at Global Theological Seminary have graduated.

Dear graduates, congratulations. You worked hard, you finished your studies, and most importantly, you kept the faith. The Bible says, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7). May God use you for His glory as you go and serve Him.

We also thank everyone who supported these students through prayer, encouragement, and finances. Your help made this possible. You are part of this victory.

Congratulations, Class of 2026.
45 strong for His glory.

For the past several days, Raising Hands Ministries has stood in Buwenge at the Center of Salvation Church… at the invitation of Derrick Ssemambo with ConnectWay Ministries …doing what matters most.

Not gathering crowds. Not chasing moments. But making disciples.

Jesus said, “Go…” —or better yet, “as you are going…” And as we go, RHMI refuse to give people something shallow.

Because we have looked into the eyes of pastors who are doing everything they know to do… and still feel the weight of not knowing enough.

We have stood among men and women who love God deeply… but have never been taught how to rightly handle His Word.

And it does something to you. It grips you. It refuses to let you stay comfortable.

So we go and teach. Hour after hour. Line upon line. Precept upon precept.

Because a church that is not taught will always struggle. A leader who is not equipped will always be limited.

But when truth takes root…everything changes.

This is not just teaching.
This is formation. This is discipleship at its core. This is placing the living Word of God into the hands of faithful men and women who will carry it farther than we ever will.

And I feel the weight of that. Not the weight of obligation… but the weight of opportunity.

Because eternity will tell the story.

And on that day, it will not be about how many came…
but how many were equipped to go.

Yesterday at True Worship Center Jinja was anything but ordinary… it was a day marked by the unmistakable presence of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.

Palm Sunday set the tone for the entire service. With hearts lifted high in vibrant, God-honoring worship, we reflected on the triumphant entry of our Lord Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. Pastor Andrew faithfully preached from Matthew 21:1–11, reminding us that this was no casual moment in history… this was the King arriving exactly as prophesied. Not on a war horse, but on a humble donkey. Not to conquer Rome, but to conquer sin.

The crowds cried, “Hosanna—save now!” And oh, how that cry still echoes today.

But the day did not end there.

The true climax came as heaven bore witness to a sacred moment… ordination.

Mark Sseruyange was set apart to the Gospel ministry, and Chris Kulaba to the office of Deacon.

What a holy weight filled the room.

Pastor Steve Ernest had the privilege of delivering the charge, reminding both men… and all of us… that this was not a promotion, not a graduation, but a public surrender. A laying down of one’s life for the sake of Christ and His Church.

The charge was clear and unflinching:

Guard the Gospel
Shepherd the flock
Endure the hardship
Finish the race

These are not light words. They are the call of a lifetime.

And for Raising Hands Ministries International, this moment carried even deeper significance. To witness our own Pastor Mark set apart for ministry is both humbling and profoundly rewarding. This is why we labor. This is why we go. This is the fruit of discipling disciple-makers.

No little places. No little people. Only a great God doing eternal work through surrendered lives.

To Him be all the glory.

We have a new video series on our YouTube channel, recorded during our discipleship boot camps across Uganda.

We will keep adding more videos as these boot camps continue, so take some time to watch them and learn a thing or two. We pray they will equip you to serve more effectively in ministry.

This episode was recorded during the recently concluded discipleship boot camp at True Worship Church, Jinja (Soweto), where Pastor Steve Ernest teaches on church leadership.

Church Leadership - (Discipleship bootcamp) - Recorded on 20th March 2026, at The True Worship Centre - Jinja.

Day #2 of our Discipleship Boot Camp in Walukuba East carried a deep sense of God’s presence.

Worship was heartfelt and unrestrained… voices lifted not in performance, but in genuine hunger for God. And when we prayed, it was with urgency… because here, prayer is not routine… it is survival.

Today’s focus turned to leadership development, and we leaned into what we are calling the Leadership Multiplication Crisis.

In many churches, everything rests on one man.

One voice. One leader. One source.

But when that man is absent… the ministry slows.

Scripture calls us higher:
“The things you have heard from me… commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Tim 2:2)

This is not addition—this is multiplication.

We challenged these leaders with a clear truth:
You are not called to do all the ministry…
you are called to multiply yourself into others.

A church built on one man is limited.

A church that equips others becomes a movement.

What we witnessed today was more than teaching… it was awakening.

You could see it. You could feel it.

Seeds are being planted that will grow into leaders who raise up leaders… until entire communities are transformed by the Gospel.

Please pray for these pastors and fellow believers that they would not only receive truth, but reproduce it.

And if the Lord leads, stand with us as we labor to DISCIPLE the DISCIPLE-MAKERS.

The harvest is here.

The work must multiply.

Raising Hands Ministries International returned once again to Walukuba West… more specifically to True Worship Center—for a powerful Discipleship Boot Camp serving both True Worship Center Jinja and True Worship Center Soweto congregations.

There is something deeply stirring about watching believers gather… out of routine, but out of hunger.

Over these sessions, we leaned into a subject that is often assumed, yet rarely taught with clarity: the true meaning of church membership.

In many places, church is seen as a place to attend… a service to receive… a gathering to observe.

But Scripture paints a far richer picture.

Church membership is not casual association… it is covenant participation.

It is belonging to a body where every member matters, every gift is needed, and every life is accountable.

We explored both the benefits and the responsibilities:
â—Ź To be shepherded, taught, and cared for

â—Ź To grow in truth and spiritual maturity

â—Ź To stand together in unity and mission

But also:
â—Ź To serve faithfully, not spectate

â—Ź To give sacrificially, not sparingly

â—Ź To protect the unity of the body

â—Ź To live as visible expressions of Christ in the community

In the African context… where community is already deeply valued…this truth takes on even greater beauty. The church is not just a gathering… it becomes a spiritual family with eternal purpose.

We also walked carefully through the biblical view of giving—not as obligation, but as worship.

Giving is not about what God takes from us…

It is about what He forms within us.

A heart that gives is a heart that trusts.

A life that releases is a life that understands grace.

And the response?

Worship was vibrant.

Engagement was strong.

The hunger for truth was unmistakable.

There is a rising understanding that the church is not built on personalities—but on people fully surrendered to Christ and committed to one another.

“Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.” (1 Cor 12:27)

Pray with us that what is being planted in these days will take deep root… producing strong, healthy, and multiplying churches across Jinja and beyond.

And if you feel led to stand with us… through prayer, resources, or partnership—know this:

You are helping build not just gatherings… but Gospel-centered communities that will endure.

Forever on assignment.

Today, Mark Mwesigwa had the opportunity to preach at Melchizedek Community Church, pastored by Pr. Ivan Mukulu. He shared from John 13:1–17, teaching that true love in Christian fellowship is expressed through humble service and sacrificial care for one another.

For several days we have gathered with pastors and church leaders from across this region of northern Uganda… men who labor faithfully in difficult places, often with very little training, very few resources, and yet with hearts that burn for Christ and His Church.

As we concluded our time together, my mind kept returning to the moment recorded in Scripture when the Apostle Paul said farewell to the elders of the church at Ephesus on the seashore. After pouring his life into them, teaching them and preparing them to shepherd God’s people, Paul entrusted them to the Lord and reminded them to “take heed… to all the flock” and to guard what God had entrusted to them.

That moment feels very close to what we experienced here today.

There were worship… handshakes… prayers… quiet conversations… and the shared hope that these faithful men and women will return to their churches better equipped, encouraged, and refueled for the work of the Gospel.

Our prayer is simple:

That the seeds of truth planted here in Paidha will strengthen pastors, steady churches, and ultimately reach many lives for Christ.

Thank you to all who pray for this ministry and who make these training opportunities possible. The work is demanding, but the harvest fields remain vast.

“And now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up.”
— Acts 20:32

Forever on assignment.
