Flag football is having a moment, and it is not slowing down.

Here is why everyone is talking about it, and why now is the time to get your kid on a field:

It is in the Olympics for the first time in 2028
Girls varsity flag is expanding across states every year
No contact, all skill
Even NFL players are training in it
It is accessible. Anyone can start.

The kids who start now are the ones who will be ahead of the wave, not chasing it. The moment is now.
