A few weeks ago, we had the chance to give Ishaan a tour of The DROP and share more about our mission. Not long after, he decided to choose The DROP for his Eagle Scout project 💚

From building this shelving unit for our office to helping spread the word about what we do, Ishaan’s support has meant so much to our team! It’s always encouraging to see young leaders use their time and talents to make a difference in the community.

If you can’t already tell, we love food 💚

And honestly… it shows up in the best way. Tuesday’s “Filling Your Wellness Toolbox” workshop came with good conversations, real tools for stress + anxiety, and a whole lot of community care (plus some pretty great food donations too).

We spent time slowing down, talking through what it looks like to take care of your mind and body, and building practical strategies people can actually use in real life - not just in theory.

Big thank you to everyone who helped make the space feel so welcoming and supported, especially those who showed up behind the scenes with food and generosity. It all matters more than you think!

Our Mindfulness Workshop focused on managing anxiety and building real, practical coping skills 💚

Led by our amazing intern Carrie on her last day with us, this workshop was such a special one. We are so grateful for everything she poured into The DROP this semester!

Our clients also experienced a calming sound bath led by our volunteer Missy, creating space to reset, reflect, and recharge.
