Basketmakers, mark your calendars! We are gathering for a weekend filled with baskets, friends, fellowship, food, fun, and hands-on learning at the Winston-Salem Basketmakers convention.

Basket weaving friends, here is another wonderful conference opportunity to add to your 2026 calendar!

The 2026 Wisconsin Weave Away will include pre-conference classes, Friday basketry workshops, a Friday evening guest speaker, and a full weekend of weaving inspiration. Registration opens May 31, 2026, with packets expected around May 29.

Featured class previews include black ash basketry, birch bark weaving, trivets, storage baskets, decorative wall baskets, and more.
