This past month, we’ve been sweetening their day with lemonade packets as a small way to brighten their day and say THANK YOU for all they do!

And WOW—look at what our volunteers have accomplished so far in 2026:

HomeAid Georgia volunteered last week to help freshen up our landscaping, clean out flower beds, trim, and rework so many of our outdoor spaces. Their hard work has made such a difference and helped make The Place an even more welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors. 💚

For many local students and families, having enough food at home isn’t a guarantee. Your donations can help fill the gaps and make sure kids have access to nutritious food throughout the school year. ❤️

Here’s what our pantry needs most right now:
