Motherhood is a beautiful and, at times, overwhelming journey! We can be in awe that God chose us to steward the lives of our children, while in the very same breath, feel unsure of how to navigate it all.

Some days, we feel equipped. Other days, we wonder if we’re getting any of it right.

Is it too soon to be thinking about a Christmas Tree?

In all honesty though, it feels like the holidays can sneak up on us.

Time with family, expectations, traditions, planning, a desire to fit in all the fun and be joyful… and then getting hit with a bit of reality.

Maybe take a moment to think about things you said last year you’d like to do differently this year.

Maybe make a bucket list with your family and put it on the calendar before it fills up.

Maybe go ahead and have a conversation with your college student about expectations on both sides for their time at home.

You get to set the tone!

Do any of you have kids that seem to be wired differently than you or your spouse? Sometimes it can feel frustrating to not know what motivates them & how they see the world.

But isn’t it amazing how God designs each and every one of us uniquely?

When we look at our children and recognize the ways they are different from us, it’s a beautiful reminder that God knows every detail, and was intentional with His design. Same for us, we are filled with purpose!

Happy Friday, moms!

Fall is full, and we’re already feeling it. Are you?
It’s such a sweet time of year, but it can also feel like there’s very little margin in our days.

Today, we want to encourage you to pause for a moment and sit with God. Remember that He cares for you!

Take a few minutes to tell Him:
🤎 What you’re thankful for
🤎 What you’re sorry for
🤎 What you’re feeling anxious about
🤎 What has brought you joy

These are also simple ways to help your kids pray and know that they can bring everything to God. The good, the hard, and the messy.

Save this for a busy day and share it with a mom who could use the reminder.
