Montclair Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. Welcome to Montclair! Montclair is a lovely community at the edge of the beautiful mountains in North Forsyth County.

We are surrounded by woodlands and nature is our backyard! We are a swim/tennis community with an active Homeowners’ Association. Most importantly, we take pride in our neighborhood and take care to keep it a safe and welcoming environment for all our families. Thank you to everyone who came to the AGM on Sunday. We reviewed the budget for next year, elected the 2016 Board of Directors, discussed the new builder's plans and discussed the final proposed amendment to the bylaws. 61 people voted in the election. See Nextdoor for election results!
