Who are our Hall County ladies?

Hall County NEW Pickleball League for men and women!!! Friday mornings at Laurel Park starting in July. Sign up as an individual but we play a doubles round robin format. All skill levels are welcome and players will play randomized matches in week one and will then be grouped by skill level for future weeks so this is a great way to meet fellow players and have weekly games. Sometimes timing just works…

This Tuesday we had 16 ladies meet up for a few hours of pickleball. Most I knew. A few I didn’t. (I do now!).

I won a few. I lost a few. I had some amazing shots. I had some stupid ones.

As I looked around the courts, I just felt happy. I felt comfortable. I felt a sense of belonging.

This is the weirdest, life altering sport on the planet.
