"Hamilton High School is a historic building complex located in Cartersville, Cumberland County,

Virginia, USA. Constructed in 1910, it features a two-story wood-frame structure in the Classical Revival style. The building has a hipped roof topped by a bell tower/cupola, and its exterior measures 50 feet by 57 feet, with a layout that is three bays wide and two bays deep. In about 1925, an auditorium annex was added, followed by an agricultural classroom building, known as "the cannery," around 1930. Additionally, the Wayside School, a one-room schoolhouse dating back to approximately 1879, was relocated to the property from the vicinity of nearby Sportsmen's Lake between 1935 and 1945.
