I’ve been to the Nova Exhibition Los Angeles multiple times and will be there again on the 13th supporting Gina Ross. I’ve borne witness to survivors of this terror sharing their stories; of a mother and father sharing the stories of their beloved children who were murdered.
The Nova Tribe is dear to me and my intention is to support them through this fundraiser but also somatically.

On this first anniversary of 10/7, I leave this here. Any donation is appreciated.

I am mortified by the level of hate and sickness that is in this google image search. If you google search “Jewish stroller” you get images of ovens and bbqs. How exactly is this allowed? How is it ok? responded with a pat answer and blames the public not their algorithm.

If you see it, say something.

🐯 I hope you will join us. This is an offering of education, an invitation to connect, learn and unlearn that which divides us. I have directly experienced anti-Semitic abuse via Instagram as well as witnessed it in the world. This is a Now problem.

🐯 These processes of learning and unlearning can be uncomfortable, challenging. That’s ok! Change isn’t comfortable but it’s inevitable and it’s necessary.

We went for a walk tonight, masked and keeping appropriate distance. It was such a wonderful thing to walk by: hand washing stations, folks being fed, in the name of service and love. This is Grace Lutheran Church in Culver City.

As you know, our wellness community is hurting right now and we are organizing a coordinated response to help keep marginalized instructors and businesses afloat. In the absence of systems that protect workers in times like these, we are raising funds to provide real-time relief in the form of one month’s lost revenue to underestimated applicants who are of the greatest need. We are asking wellness leaders like yourself to sign on in solidarity so that we can be a united front in support of this effort.
