“Act Zluky” was signed by the Ukrainian People’s Republic (UNR) and the West Ukrainian People’s Republic (ZUNR) on 22 Jan 1919 at Sofia square in Kyiv and symbolized the unity of two separate republics that appeared on Ukrainian territories after the collapse of the Russian and Austro-Hungarian Empire.

The Act stated:

‘The territory of Ukraine, divided over the centuries into the West Ukrainian People’s Republic (Galicia, Bukovyna, Hungarian Ukraine) and Dnieper Ukraine will now become united. Dreams, which the best sons of Ukraine fought and died for over centuries, have come true. From now on there is one united and independent Ukrainian People’s Republic.’

Friends, do you remember when you were filling out questionnaires about how war affected Ukrainian business? The one that The University of Alabama and The University of Tennessee were made.

So at the beginning of November we received those money to our bank account.
Last month we were able to buy at govplanet.com 5 toolkit sets for our military. For those who never heard about govplanet - its online auction marketplace for buying and selling used equipment.
As we got requests for those sets we checked how much it can cost. Well, the price for the new set was 6203,14 each. But! Because it's an auction - we were lucky to find each used set for the 262$ each.
262*5=1309$ total.

Well, knowing the fact that there are some missing tools inside of those cases we decided to buy them separately in Ukraine.

Finally I can share that those 5 cases are in the container that our partners from NJ sent last week. Hopefully we will be able to pick them up in Lviv soon and deliver them while we will be in Ukraine.
The rest of whose money will be spent on the minesweepers and to cover the cost of logistics. We will share all details in the next posts.
