is thrilled to announce is annual music 🎵 🎼 🎶 scholarships for students. This music scholarship is open to ALL grades, K-12! Also, students DO NOT need to be PTA OR PTSA members! The scholarship opens Monday, October 13, 2025 and CLOSE December 31, 2025. Please see the flyer for more details. There’s an application for students to fill out and submit their video. Also, there’s a section for music teachers or principals to fill out; as well as, upload the form and letter. Links for both are below and flyer, along with QR codes. This scholarship will go to music lessons ONLY- paid to the instructor or program. For any questions or concerns please see the contact emails and phone number on the flyer. Spanish language resources will be provided as soon as possible. This webinar is your opportunity to ask questions, discuss implementation strategies, and connect with other PTA leaders navigating these challenges.

from Green Schools Coalition: As our new school year is underway, we wanted to reach out to those of you that shared interest in our newly formed LAUSD Green Schools Coalition. We are excited that many folks who are active environmental advocates in various communities are wanting to participate with our organization as well. The more participants we have, offering their experience and knowledge, the more useful the group will be for all.

Greenway Arts Alliance Entrepreneurship Program

*MTP Entrepreneurship Program* provides prime space within the Melrose Trading Post market located at Fairfax High School, for local PTAs and PTSAs. Local School Groups participating in this program are able to use this space to sell items to fundraise, spread awareness, run a toy or food drive, showcase art in an outdoor gallery, gain petition signatures, recruit volunteers and more.

El *Programa de Emprendimiento MTP* ofrece un espacio privilegiado dentro del mercado de Melrose Trading Post, en Fairfax High School, para las asociaciones locales de padres y profesores (PTA/PTSA). Financial Review Report is now due. Please have your Financial Reviewer complete the report for fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The Financial Review Report must be reviewed by the Financial Review Committee prior to being adopted by the executive board and the association members.
