Mason Dixon Chili Pod - CASI Your Mid-Atlantic home of all things chili. We support chili, charity and fun! Based in Metro Washington, DC, we serve Chili-Heads everywhere.

Whether you cook chili, consult with those who do, eat chili, judge chili, contribute to local charities, or just plain like to have fun, the Mason-Dixon Chili Pod is for you. The Mason-Dixon Pod believes and supports the mission of CASI, which stands for CHILI APPRECIATION SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL. Our mission is to promote chili and raise money for charity. CASI is involved in over 500 chili cook-offs per year and raises over $1,000,000.00 annually for local charities.
