Jambo and thank you for your prayers and support. Several of our students have been very sick despite monthly visits to the doctor. Recently we started going to a different hospital partnering with the University of New Mexico. What a difference in care- good facility, caring and knowledgeable doctors and affordable treatments. We thank God, and thank you for caring!

What a wonderful response- thanks to all who came, cooked, baked, bid and ate! Everyone had a great time raising funds for Village of Hope and Love. We are so grateful to the generosity of the Alum Spring Baptist Church family!

VHL started ten years ago with three siblings from the Ekali village: (l to r) Philister, Brevic and Lwane. Today, Philister stands in the middle of the group with her brother Lwane on the right. Joining them are 15 others.
