Lotus Health Inc. will host a fun event in October called Break, Release & Rebuild. Date: TBD - A Saturday in October from 2-4 p.m.

🌸 Let It Out. Put It Together.

Sometimes talking about what hurts isn’t enough.
Sometimes you need to let it OUT.

Join us for a different kind of support group experience where we’ll create a safe, supportive space to:

💥 SMASH — Safely break plates and release some of the anger, frustration, hurt, or stress you’ve been carrying.

🗣️ SCREAM — Give yourself permission to make some noise. Sometimes our bodies need a release before our hearts are ready to talk.

🎨 CREATE — We’ll take the broken pieces and turn them into something beautiful through art and mosaics.

💜 TALK — Then we’ll slow down, reflect, and talk about the emotions underneath it all—without judgment, without pretending we have it all together.

Because sometimes healing isn’t about putting everything back the way it was.

Sometimes it’s about taking the pieces, creating something new, and realizing that broken doesn’t mean ruined.
You don't have to be “strong” every minute.
You don't have to have the right words.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
Just come as you are.

🌸 Release. Reflect. Rebuild. Together.

This event is open to EVERYONE and is a safe space to connect, express, create, and heal.

All smashing activities will be conducted with appropriate safety equipment and guidelines at a private residence.

We will meet in person at 909 Graham St. S.W. in Cullman, right across from Jack’s from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

This is an opportunity to connect with others, build friendships, and get support for whatever is going on in your life. Chances are, someone else is sharing a similar experience, or they have before. We celebrate life’s wins together, and we help each other through the tough times.

This is a peer-based support group. We are not medical practitioners. If you need mental health care, we do have a compassionate and dedicated LPC-S, Sarah Cherry, who is happy to help you on your journey. Additionally, Sarah Cherry has two very compassionate and caring student counselors, who will begin seeing clients under her supervision. Next week, one of those student counselors will be joining our group in person.
