The class was back together again! A little while after I moved, I was able to begin teaching this class through a livestream each week. However, nothing beats all of us being together in person ♥️ I also loved being able able to get a picture of those of us who wore our Christmas socks. I’m sure you can tell that was post workout because of the way we look 🥵😆 Everyone worked so hard and did such an awesome job!

Showing up each week for a livestream workout on a screen takes commitment and that’s exactly what these people have. I may not physically be there in the room with them but I teach through the screen like I am there and everyone in this photo (including Robin who was out of the frame) gives me 100%. Even though they’re following me through the screen, it’s an interactive class because we also do FaceTime and I can see them doing the moves and I may or may not shout at them and call names…encouraging shouting that it is! 😉 The group photo shows what I see during class and the photo of me is what they see during class. We had an awesome group tonight and thanks to Marisa who sets up the livestream each week! Can’t wait until next week 😊

I’m tired but so happy from this past weekend! ♥️ I taught classes for 3 days in a row and it’s always so much fun to be around such amazing people. I’m very grateful to everyone who came and gave it their all! All of these classes will eventually be on my channel and one of them went up yesterday 😊 See you next time!

The last few days have been so awesome! I’m so thankful whenever I get to bring my workouts to a different gym and people get to experience my routines for the first time. Thank you to Jill Beuerlein Gamble and Denise Newton Patterson for letting me teach your crew on Saturday!❤️❤️

On Monday, I was reunited with my crew at CWAC and it’s always like no time has passed. All of you will always be my people 🥰 Thank you so much to everyone who joined both classes. You did so good and it was so much fun! I’ll be back in the future 😉
