Mission statement: Bringing help and hope to the unsheltered around the world. Our focus is on the unsheltered homeless population of the world. S.

According to the U. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a person is considered part of the unsheltered homeless population when they reside in a place not meant for human habitation. These places could include (among others) cars, parks, abandoned buildings, on the street, sidewalks and tent cities.

These new appliances were donated to us by two community members. They will go into tiny homes at the village. We love that so many people are supporting Unsheltered. Thank you!!!

We appreciate Jeremy Calvert and Angel Alejo getting these patios poured today at the village. Their attention to detail in their concrete work is something we really appreciate from them.

Derek Hanni, Missions/Outreach Director at Desperation Church came by our ministry center today and provided BBQ sandwich lunches from Jim n Nicks for our guests. We appreciate this gesture so much!!

UPDATE: from our post two days ago about the gentleman at a local park.

He is on his way to a safe place now where he can get the mental health help he is needing, as well as, other resources. Thank you all for the prayers.

Please pray for a displaced gentleman that one of our case managers is trying to assist in one of our nearby parks. He is very fatigued and is wanting to give up.

Today, Gary and Rob had the opportunity to come alongside two men who are facing some very difficult circumstances.

One is 65 years old and preparing to undergo open-heart surgery. At a time when his focus needs to be on his health and recovery, Gary and Rob were able to step in and help with some of the practical needs he is facing.

The other is 64 years old and was facing eviction with the very real possibility of having nowhere to go. Thankfully, a new place has been found, and Gary and Rob are helping him relocate and get settled into a more stable situation.

We are thankful for Gary and Rob and their willingness to serve with compassion and a servant’s heart.

Please pray for these two men in the days ahead—one as he prepares for major surgery and the other as he begins this new chapter. 🙏

Our A/C decided to take a day off so our office will be closed today 8/12. We will return calls
when we get back to the office tomorrow.

Yesterday, our case managers were able to help a displaced woman get to secure housing and recovery. Thank you to Chainbreakers for assisting us with this matter.

We had a lot of help at the village today and were able to get ALL of the interior framing completed on the new multipurpose building! Thank you everyone who worked so hard today.
