Cullman County Bosom Buddies Foundation We are a 501(c3) non-profit organization giving a helping hand to cancer
patients in Cullman County. Bosom Buddies Foundation was formed in 2013.

The Mission of the Foundation was to help the people of the Cullman area, while in cancer treatment, that are suffering financial hardships. We support patients in treatment for any kind of cancer, regardless of where they seek treatment. The Foundation assist patients with the most personal needs such as their rent or home payment, utilities, propane gas, gas to and from treatment, public transpo

rtation to and from treatment, food, and other approved expenses. The Nurse Navigators at CRMC have developed a process of screening patients. If approved, the nurse navigator will inform the Foundation of the need. The Foundation will provide a check, and the Nurse Navigator will
“pay the bill or buy the needed things for the patient.”
The Bosom Buddies Foundation is totally funded by fund raisers and donations. 100% of the money raised is used to assist the people of the Cullman area.

Tickets are $70 each or a table of 8/$500
