We support senior neighbors who live independently in their own homes or with loved ones. Community volunteers are connected with seniors to help.

We are a no-cost service provider connecting to seniors age 60+ living in McHenry County to services, resources, and activities. Our services are no cost geared to assisting those who live in their own homes enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Community partnerships help keep our neighbors moving, connected, and independent. We are incredibly grateful to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital for sponsoring SCVN's Transportation Program and helping ensure older adults throughout McHenry County have access to the rides they need.

Whether it's a trip to a medical appointment, therapy session, or other essential destination, this support helps remove barriers and provides peace of mind for local seniors.

🎉Yesterday a lovely group from SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Cary, IL brought us a generous donation of medical equipment that their congregation collected for us. Our volunteers will begin cleaning it and logging it into our system so it will be ready to head for our lending closet.

Donations of new and like new items are accepted upon staff approval. It is advised to call first to see what is currently needed.
