What a night! Our Webelos finished up their soap box car and we took it for a trip down the hill! Fun was had by all... including a few brave parents!

This last weekend our Scouts headed to Galena for the annual adventure of Grant Pilgrimage! We camped about 20 min out of town and were out exploring for 12 hours on Saturday! We ended the great day with dinner & fun with Crystal Lake Troops 168 & 1680! Thank you to the Troop for a delicious dinner, our parents for navigating the day, and our Scouts! We had an amazing time!! We found a farm cat, lunch was invaded by the confederates, visited museums, walked 13,000 steps, bought some hats, participate in the bucket brigade (next time bring dry clothes), and ended the day with Dutch oven cobbler! ❤️

Today we hosted our Blue & Gold ceremony and celebrated our AOL on his journey to the troop level! We're so grateful for the scouts, parents, leaders, and Troops that helped us out today to make it a success! We finished the celebration with a magic show!

Somewhere out there, there's a mom or dad scrambling to help finish their scouts' cars. Remember scouts, you've been armed with a first aid kit & knowledge to help bandaid mom or dad's fingers! 😁
