The MASON WASZ FOUNDATION is dedicated to continuing the legacy of Mason Drake Wasz and his desire to always be a “little helper” through various philanthropic efforts within his community.

Northwestern Medicine Woodstock Hospital was so appreciative this morning for the blanket drop off. They will be shared at various area locations. Mason would have been 13 this summer and coincidentally there were 13 bags of blankets. Yay! All of your efforts are always appreciated!

Crystal Ice House showed major support to us as they always do! The coaches, skaters and parents threw Mason a 13th birthday party yesterday! They are the sweetest! Sweet treats galore! Beautiful flowers, balloons, gifts, donations and a blanket! 2,248 is our new total! It’s always a blessing when we feel love and support and Mason is remembered. Thanks to all! You are appreciated.

It’s a great Mason Day! First…spent the midday at Gift of Hope. It’s an honor and privilege to partner with them. They are such an important part of Mason’s story and they do such great work. So welcoming and lovely humans doing great things.

Then it was off to make a donation to the LCC Comfort Dogs in training. They and their handlers are amazing! What a blessing that ministry is to so many. There is nothing like the love a dog to comfort ya! Such a fun outing to meet a few pups and it makes our hearts happy to know that we are helping this beautiful ministry.

Twenty more! Thanks so much to the ladies Bible Study at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church-East Dundee for 18 and Mrs King and her class at Immanuel Lutheran School East Dundee for 2! The end of the year projects were wonderful! We appreciate being the recipients of your good hearts and busy hands!

Our new total is 2,414!!! Mason’s birthday is July 12! Can we hit the 2,500 for his birthday?

Folks we are trying to work on a Summer activity for everyone.

So, head to your calendars and block off Saturday August 1st - afternoon hours.

Once we get some details together we will share more but for now, buy some sunscreen and make no plans on 8/1/26…unless they are ours.
