Show up. Speak up. Do your part.

We are incredibly proud to see our community stepping up to support our local students. ❤️

GSBTTC has been donating and continues to donate to local school Food Service Departments, including the Festus School District, to help cover delinquent school lunch accounts and reduce large lunch debts. Food scarcity and food insecurity are very real challenges, and no child should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from while trying to learn.

We were especially inspired by the Festus High School Class of 1973, who recently donated leftover funds from their 50th Class Reunion to help students in need. What a powerful example of GIVING BACK and paying it forward.

This is what community looks like. It takes a village, neighbors, organizations, alumni, and friends, coming together to lift one another up. When we support our students, we strengthen our future.

Thank you to everyone who gives, supports, and understands that together, we can make a difference. 💙

We want to give a big THANK YOU to the Festus High School Class of 1973. Today the class donated $880 to the Food Service Department to help pay down accounts with large lunch debts. The class had the money left over from funds it raised for their 50th Class reunion a couple of years ago. A class committee helped decide what to do with the leftover funds after they also held a joint "70th Birthday Party" for class members. Committee member JoAnn Coplin (left) presented the check to Superintendent Dr. Nicki Ruess. Committee members Inga Muller and Cathy Nelson joined Coplin for the presentation.

Through our fundraising efforts at the GSBTTC 4th Annual Co****le Tournament, we were proud to donate to the Dunklin R-5 School District’s Delinquent School Food Service Accounts.

Guided by our mission and vision, GSBTTC is dedicated to being an active presence in the community and giving back in meaningful ways. A huge THANK YOU to our community for continuing to show up and support this cause year after year. When we come together, we help ensure local kids have access to the meals they need.
