Don’t shoot the messenger yall…just a reminder that there is NO fishing or accessing the pond from ANYONE who is not a member of the ZacRoy Pond LOA. It’s been brought to my attention that there were some folks on the levee fishing this past Sunday. I’ve been told that the Police are going to be called on tresspassers. THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY yall.

Septic problem

Help with sewer holding tank problem.
We returned this week to our site along the pond off Catfish Lane and discovered the sewer holding tanks are full of water. it was empty when we left in November. When it was installed last year, and the raised lids was added, the local company that did it, did not seal it properly and had to “fix” it. Well it didn’t work. Tanks are full again, after we did not use them for 6 months.
Any solution of how to fix the problem and prevent the tanks from filling up during the rain season?
Any recommendations other than Ken’s Septic, that can empty the tanks at a reasonable price and maybe provide a solution to our annual problem?
