Lake County Master Gardeners Lake County Master Gardeners trains gardening enthusiasts as volunteers to assist Purdue Extension with home horticulture education in Indiana communities.

Purdue Extension Master Gardeners are "Helping Others Grow!" The purposes of Lake County Master Gardeners Association are exclusively charitable, educational and scientific and its principal objective is "HELPING OTHERS GROW" by promoting the art, science and pleasure of gardening in Northwest Indiana in cooperation with the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service (CES) of Lake County, Indiana.

There are some talented pumpkin decorators in our midst! These are just a few of the pumpkins you will see at the pumpkin walk in the Demonstration Garden of Purdue Extension-Lake County tonight during the open house.

Our Demonstration Garden Committee organized the pumpkin walk and participating groups did not disappoint!
