We Believe in second chances through opening doors and providing opportunities for each individual to become personally success.

Changing minds and Changing Lives Positive Impact is a non-profit support group within Lake County Community Corrections(2600 West 93rd Ave Crown Point IN, 46307). Its Purpose is to aid in the rehabilitation of those presently and formerly incarcerated. Meetings are held Tuesdays at 4:00pm-5:00pm. to encourage positive behavior, so participants can redirect their lives for a successful future. The central focus of the program is to encourage members to take responsibility for their actions.
