Freed People Freed People locates and recovers children who are being s*x trafficked in our own communities. Vision:
1. Recovery is where redemption begins. We are doing it.

Mission:
Freed People locates and recovers children who are being sold for s*x by building and equipping recovery teams with tools that enhance their efforts to locate missing s*x-trafficked children. Freed People’s primary focus is to create, build and fund a network of recovery teams across the United States. We equip these teams with everything they need to recover people who are being s*x trafficked. These tools include advanced technology, subject matter expertise, training, peer support programs and funding to keep their operation ongoing.

2. Secondly, we are building a network of tiny safe homes that mirror our recovery areas. The home is where this happens.

3. Finally, we educate and bring awareness to the public on identifying human s*x trafficking. We speak with students, counselors, nurses, doctors, foster parents, staff who work with at risk youth, minors in juvenile detention, staff for juvenile detention centers, law enforcement, churches, rotary clubs, and other organizations. Stephenville, TX...Some of the darkest things happening to children today are happening behind a screen.

And this particular darkness has roots right here in Texas.

764 is an international network that originated in Stephenville, Texas. Its members target vulnerable children online, manipulating and blackmailing them into s*xual exploitation, self-harm, and unimaginable acts of cruelty.

Yesterday, one of its leaders pleaded guilty to conspiring to s*xually exploit children.

Parents, please understand: There are people online who don't just want access to your children. They want to destroy them.

Know who your children are talking to. Keep the conversations open. Make sure they know they can come to you without shame or fear.

One evening. One community. A growing resistance against human trafficking. 🖤

Last week, 37 people gathered in Burleson for Operation Freedom to hear the stories behind the mission and help make more recoveries possible. By the end of the night, 9 new monthly partners had joined The Resistance, adding support to help locate and recover missing children and help women escape trafficking.

Thank you to Shelly with Queen Bee Roofing, Old Texas Brewing Co., and everyone who showed up, gave, and helped bring this mission to our community. Your partnership carries the impact of this evening forward every month.

SHE WASN’T A CASE. SHE WAS HER DAUGHTER.

While others were looking at information, her mom was thinking about one thing: “That’s my daughter.”

When things weren’t moving fast enough, she refused to wait.

We found enough information to point toward where she might be, but not enough for law enforcement to act.

Then Mom showed up.

She pushed.
She demanded answers.
She refused to accept that her daughter could wait.

Our team kept working. Law enforcement ultimately acted. And her daughter came home.

There is no force quite like a mother fighting for her child.

Day 35, you’re wondering if anyone will ever find her.

Meanwhile, traffickers are using technology to find and sell victims faster than ever. So we have to be just as relentless.

In a recent case, we worked through thousands of pieces of digital evidence before finding the break. Five weeks after she disappeared, we located her hundreds of miles from home.

We contacted law enforcement. She was recovered that same day.

She wasn’t forgotten. And we didn’t stop looking.

A North Texas girl was missing for 42 days.

Her mom called us.

We uncovered evidence of suspected trafficking and started digging. Days of chasing leads, sorting through information, and connecting pieces finally gave us a direction.

Then we found it. One clue buried in more than 8,000 pages of digital records.

We handed it to law enforcement.

The next day, she was recovered 310 miles away. She had been beaten and abused.

42 days missing.
8,000+ pages.
One clue changed everything.

This is why we never stop looking.

God KNOWS exactly where they are.

He knows the room.
He knows the street.
He knows the trafficker.
He knows the buyer.

Nothing about these kids is hidden from God.

And we know Jesus.

So we should be the people who find what the world can’t see.

Calling Texas researchers, criminologists, law professors, and data analysts.

Texas made buying s*x a felony.

Now we want to know if the consequences match the law.

What actually happens after the arrest?

We’re looking to study felony solicitation cases across five Texas counties with significant human-trafficking activity:

• Midland
• Tarrant
• Dallas
• Montgomery
• Harris

How many end in felony convictions?
How many are reduced?
Dismissed?
Diverted or deferred?
Still pending?

We are not looking for someone to confirm what we already believe.

We want the truth. We want the data. We want to know what the system is actually doing with these cases.

If you know how to dig through court records, conduct serious research, and turn complex findings into something the public can understand, we want to talk.

Maybe the data shows accountability is happening.
Maybe it shows gaps.
Either way, we need to know.

If we’re going to fight this, we need to understand what happens after the arrest.
