Crow Wing County Passenger Safety Coalition The Crow Wing County Passenger Safety Coalition focuses on education to reduce traffic crashes, injuries, and fatalities.

We are a group of professionals and concerned citizens who started meeting to respond to the needless traffic related deaths and injuries due to unrestrained vehicle occupants, misuse of safety seats, impaired and distracted driving. Our Vision: The Crow Wing County Passenger Safety Coalition strives to achieve zero traffic related fatalities in Crow Wing County through education, enforcement, emergency medical services, engineering, and a cooperative effort by everyone.

As a partner in the Towards Zero Death (TZD) Safe Roads program, funded by the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety, the coalition works together with the 4 E's (Enforcement, EMS, Engineering, Education) in developing strategies for involving our community and citizens (the unofficial 5th E - Everyone) to focus on ensuring safe roads for all.
