Our EmPOWERment classes are completely FREE and held entirely over Zoom, making it easy and accessible for anyone to join. If you’re interested, just give us a call and we will get you set up! Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion. These classes are designed to help survivors regain confidence, build healthy skills, feel supported, and become empowered in their healing journey. You don’t have to do it alone, wer're here to walk with you!

"Community Babyshower" at UT Extension in Van Buren County happening now until 4:30pm. Come on out and get some needed items and free gifts for the children! There is a trailer full of onions, potatoes, cabbage and other food items for free.
