9-noon.
The site is immediately east of Genesis Road, a little south of Interstate 40. Use the ample visitor parking for the Colinx
factory.
All are welcome. Wear long sleeves and pants. Bring gloves, spray for ticks, clippers, and root pullers if you have them. Drinking water will be provided.

Have you tried laundry detergent sheets? Do they work as well as liquid?

Every time we do laundry with liquid detergents, we dump chemicals, microfibers, and gallons of water down the drain. This has detrimental effects on our environment, polluting our waterways and landfills.

Consumers looking for an alternative that saves water, energy, waste, and stress on Mother Earth may turn to laundry sheets. The environmental impact is noteworthy, but are they effective? Let us know!

Instead of adding pods or measuring liquids, you could just drop a sheet into the washer and hit start.

Here is an opportunity to voice your ideas for the future of Tennessee's waterways at the TN Blueways Strategic Master Plan Meeting this Thursday, November 14th from 5:30-7:00pm (EST) in Knoxville!

The TN Office of Outdoor Recreation, TN Blueway initiative is offering public input sessions for the Tennessee Blueway Strategic Master Plan. The primary purpose of this initiative is to strategically conserve, develop, and support recreational waterways across the State of Tennessee.

The initiative has embarked on a statewide Strategic Master Plan to help guide areas of emphasis and implementation, including recommendations from local citizens. There will be three public input sessions pertaining to the master plan, one in each grand region. Public input sessions are vital for ensuring that the plan reflects the needs and desires of local communities, environmental groups, and recreational users.
