We are not able to ship outside of the continental United States and not all items can be shipped. Please read full item description before bidding

Please keep comments to auction-related comments. (we don't have time to sift through comments.) All bids are final. If you bid on an item, and do not arrange to pay and pick up the item(s), they will be offered to the next highest bidder or will go into a 2nd chance auction. NOTE: You may /will be blocked from bidding in ALL future auctions. You can NOT delete a posted bid. This is strictly forbidden. If you need to rescind your bid, please contact HART to delete the bid for you. Reason - if you delete your bid, the person who you outbid will not realize they suddenly have the highest bid. All items are located in Crossville, Tennessee, unless otherwise noted on the page. We will notify you where can pick up your items once the auction has finished. Bidders outside the Crossville area, or for those who do not want to pick up items in person, you are responsible for shipping costs. All items are shipped PRIORITY MAIL unless other arrangements made prior to the auction ending. Shipping cost will be based on the weight and size of the item. NOTE: Not all items eligible for shipping. PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cash (exact change ONLY), money order, PayPal ([email protected]) or Venmo () . Payment for items being shipped must be made within 48 hours of receiving your official notification with total, unless prior arrangements have been made. Notifications are done by response to winning bid on each post. If you are picking up your items, payment is required before pickup or during pickup unless prior arrangements is made
All item(s) MUST be picked up within a week. If you do not pick up your item(s) within the agreed to timeframe (unless we agree to hold them longer), you will forfeit the items, and any money paid. DONATION RULES:
We do accept donations – they are very much appreciated
However, please make sure items are new, gently used, in working order, and clean. If an item needs a minor repair, we may still be able to accept it. Please contact us to discuss the item. Contact HART if you would like to drop items off for the auction. RETURN POLICY:
Every effort is taken to ensure that your item(s) arrive undamaged, however once they leave our hands it is out of our control. Should your item be damaged you MUST follow these directions:
Contact Admin immediately in a PRIVATE MESSAGE. Provide a picture of the broken or damaged item and damaged packaging.
