These are going to be some big dogs! They are good and healthy ones too! They are already weighing 11 - 15 pounds! I like to see them when they are taken care of even if they are a surprise litter! Like mom is old and hasn’t had any in years!

Help Needed!!! This is one example of one vet visit. Without money for the vet I can’t keep transporting dogs and puppies! That means I can’t keep taking them in either. There isn’t any state or federal money that pays for these dogs. I do! Other than the few people that have donated, PAWS in Hamburg and CCR’s help when they can everything else is paid for from my personal paycheck!!! How many of you can do that for these dogs for long? I need your help Ashley County as much as y’all need mine! I’m going to continue putting my money into this and going to try and get some grants one day to help but y’all are the back bone to making this work! Donate please!

RED MANGE!!!! To many people don’t understand how easy it is to get rid of mange!! No matter what kind of mange it is give them a Bravecto or NexGard plus! Watch the change in skin and then the hair comes back! It’s not something to make them live with or die with! Don’t throw the dogs out either! A pill fixes it! I just know she is going to be beautiful with hair!

This fellow was dumped at Waller’s Chapel United Methodist Church out in Cooter! He is such a sweetheart! I met him at my wedding on the 25th! I’ve been back a few times to visit since. We have no room for him but I have started his shots and prevention meds. Our community and church is wonderful!! It’s just sad people throw these loving babies away!

🐾 Meet Layla, Mia, Annie, and Baxter! 🐾

These four Wirehaired Terrier/Hound mix siblings are ready for their next chapter, but they need to be spayed/neutered before they can head north. Their surgeries are expensive, and we need your help! Even a small donation will bring them one step closer to transport and forever homes.

Please consider donating to Do**in Down South Rescue through Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp $ChristalStarling to help these sweet babies get on their way! 🐶🐾 I’m sure if you wanted to pay the vets office in McGehee directly they would be glad to take payment on account towards their surgery. As you can see both get along great with other dogs and both need loving homes that don’t throw them out like they are nothing! Starlet is up to date on shots and Spayed! Kelsey is new so she has just started her shots and will be spayed soon she is around 14 wks old.
