Reynolds Store Volunteer Fire & Rescue

Reynolds Store Volunteer Fire & Rescue The station was built two years later, with several additions built onto it over the past years.

Founded in 1978, RSVFR Engine Co. 20 is a volunteer fire department located in and serving the Cross Junction, Virginia area and multiple surrounding communities. In 1978, the Reynolds Store Volunteer Fire Company was formed in the northern part of Frederick County after a study was done by the Lord Fairfax Planning District regarding the shortage of fire services in the area. The station ran "fir

st responders" to assist other EMS agencies with medical emergencies until the mid-1990's when an ambulance that originally belonged to the defunct Timber Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad was acquired by Reynolds Store.
