The final meeting of the To***co Free Partnership of Dixie County took place today, concluding a partnership that began in 2009, with QuitDoc Research and Education Foundation hosting quarterly meetings. Charolette Lord, the first Partnership Chairwoman, established a lasting leadership legacy. Those in attendance included Shelby Crawford, Hanley Foundation; Melanie Anderson, To***co Prevention Specialist; Amanda NesSmith, Co-Chair; Lola Butler, Chair; Christy Roberts, Dixie County Sheriff’s Office; and Jamie Alligood, Suwannee River AHEC. During the meeting, members reflected on past experiences, celebrated successes, and committed to continuing their efforts towards a to***co, smoke, and vape-free Dixie County.
