Attention all Captains, Anglers, and Parents!

Join us for our New 2026-2027 CHS Bass Fishing Team Meeting as we prepare for another exciting season on the water!

Today we celebrate an incredible group of anglers who have represented the CHS Bass Fishing Team with dedication, sportsmanship, perseverance, and pride.

Over the years, you've spent countless early mornings on the water, faced tough weather conditions, learned valuable life lessons, built lasting friendships, and created memories that will stay with you forever. Your hard work and commitment have helped make our program stronger and have left a lasting impact on future anglers.

As you begin this next chapter, remember that the lessons learned on the water—patience, determination, teamwork, and resilience—will serve you well wherever life takes you.

On Monday we were honored to host our 25-26 Bass Banquet celebrating all of our amazing anglers, captains, and sponsors for an incredible season 🎣🫶🏼

🎣 Join the CHS Bass Fishing Team for the 2026–2027 Season! 🎣

Are you ready to hit the water and compete? The CHS Bass Fishing Team is looking for dedicated anglers to join us for the upcoming season!

🔥 Who Can Join:
• 9th–12th grade students enrolled in Crosby ISD

🚤 Requirements:
• Must have access to a boat (16 ft or larger) or know someone with a boat
• Must be willing to travel for tournaments
• Positive attitude and team mindset

🏆 Compete in tournaments, build friendships, and represent CHS while doing what you love!

Congratulations to Carter Matthews, C**t Glover, Cole Rogers, & Caleb Ramos on qualifying for the THSBA State Tournament! 🎣

These anglers have put in the time, the work, and the dedication all season long—and it’s paid off in a big way. Representing CHS at the state level is no small accomplishment, and we couldn’t be more proud of what they’ve achieved.

Your hard work, teamwork, and commitment continue to set the standard for our program.

Big day on the water for Crosby High School Bass Club at the Texas High School Bass Association Regional Tournament!

Out of a stacked field of 182 boats, our anglers showed up and showed out. We had 4 teams competing, with Cole Rogers and Caleb Ramos finishing strong in 26th place, and Carter Matthews and C**t Glover landing an impressive 11th place finish.

These anglers not only brought home gift cards, but also punched their tickets to the State Tournament at the end of May!

Even bigger — C**t and Carter secured their spot in the Angler of the Year Tournament in June with a tie for 2nd place AOY finish.

Proud of the hard work, dedication, and grit these teams continue to show every time they hit the water. Let’s keep it rolling! 🎣💪

🚨 Regional Championship Off-Limits Reminder 🚨

April 27-April 30

As we get closer to Regional Championship weekend at Lake Conroe, Lake Possum Kingdom, and Lake Palestine, please review the off-limits and practice guidelines below.

Per Rule 26:
Off-limits for this event will be Monday – Thursday before the tournament date.
Practice will open on Friday before the tournament.

Additional Reminder:

📍Captains are allowed fish during Friday practice
📍Captains may NOT fish on Saturday during the tournament

Make sure your team is in compliance and ready to go for a great weekend on the water.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at all three Regional events!
