🎣 FISHING TIP OF THE DAY! 🎣

Ever wonder how far a bass can actually see your bait? 👀🐟 Water clarity makes a BIG difference!

In muddy or stained water, bass rely more on vibration, sound, contrast, and water displacement to locate your bait. As the water gets clearer, they can see much farther—which means natural colors, realistic presentations, longer casts, and a little more stealth become increasingly important.

A simple way for our anglers to remember it:
🌊 Dirty water: Help them FIND IT!
💧 Clear water: Help them BELIEVE IT!

Learning how to adjust your lure, color, and presentation to the conditions you're fishing can make all the difference on tournament day. 🎣

Captains, it’s time to get our boats checked and ready for the season!

Please line up on the VISITOR SIDE OF THE STADIUM by the MIDDLE SCHOOL.

All captains who will be providing a boat for our anglers need to attend and have their boat available for inspection.
Please arrive on time so we can keep everything moving smoothly and get everyone ready to hit the water! 🎣🚤

🎣 TOURNAMENT SIGN-UP DETAILS

Before registering for a tournament, all anglers and boat captains must have a completed and active profile.

🔴 CHECK YOUR PROFILE

If you see red lettering in your profile details, an item still needs to be completed. You will not appear as an available angler or boat captain until all requirements are finished.

✅ HOW TO REGISTER

Only ONE angler should register the team. During registration, that angler will select:

• Their fishing partner, if applicable
• Their boat captain
• The tournament they want to enter

THSBA allows both solo anglers and two-angler teams.

📍 SELECT THE CORRECT TOURNAMENT

THSBA has nine divisions across Texas, and multiple divisions may fish the same lake on different dates. Sort the tournaments by your division in the App before registering to ensure you select the correct event.
