👻🍬 THE MONSTERS HAVE BEEN FED… BUT THEY’RE STILL HUNGRY! 🍬👻

Our Week 1 Candy Donation Leaderboard is here! 🎃 And WOW… our Newport Cougars are already bringing the candy! 🐾🍭

🏆 WEEK 1 LEADERBOARD 🏆
1st Grade: Crouch - 990 pieces
2nd Grade: French - 1,342 pieces
3rd Grade: Ellis - 120 pieces
4th Grade: Doyle - 800 pieces
5th Grade: Mullens - 150 pieces

But don’t count anyone out yet! 👀 Candy donations are going strong through October 27!

Every piece counts toward the Ice Cream Party for the top class in each grade! 🍦🎉

🎃 October is here, Cougars! 🐾❤️

We’ve got a BIG month ahead at Newport Elementary School, and we don’t want you to miss a thing! From Spirit Days and the Book Fair to Boo Grams, Red Ribbon Week, and our annual Trunk or Treat, there’s plenty happening around campus!

📅 A few October highlights:
🍬 Candy Donations began Oct. 1
📚 Book Fair opens Oct. 21
🎃 Trunk or Treat – Oct. 29 | 5:30–7:30 PM

And, of course, there are plenty of ways to get involved and volunteer throughout the month!

They’ve escaped and are hiding in the hallways and the front office at Newport Elementary School… and they’re HUNGRY! 🎃👹

Our Trunk or Treat Candy Drive is officially underway, and we need our NES Cougars to help us fill those hungry monsters’ bellies! 🍭🍫

Candy donations can be dropped off directly with your child’s teacher. The deadline to donate candy is October 27.
