Stretch Arts

At Stretch Arts, Inc., we access funding and provide low and no cost inclusive arts programs to children of all abilities with the appropriate support and modifications. This allows all children to experience the enrichment of the arts with individualized instruction so they can participate to the fullest extent of their abilities. Stretch Arts, Inc. also focuses on increasing the opportunity for children of all abilities to experience the arts in sensory friendly and accessible environments. Funding for Stretch Arts is provided by grants, contracts, and donations, so that all families have the opportunity to participate in enrichment programs. Often families of children with special needs have healthcare costs and financial commitments that far surpass that of other families. The cost of specialized professionals and staff to support and/or accompany a child to therapeutic programming far exceeds that of traditional dance, music, and art programs offered to children. Because of our low or no-cost programming, children with special needs and children in underserved communities are provided with therapeutic programming that is individualized to meet the physical, cognitive and social emotional needs of the participants, without the added financial burden to their families.
