Crofton Rotary Club

Crofton Rotary Club Crofton Rotary is service! One of our main local projects, is CREST, the Crofton Rotary Elementary School Project. Last year, we renovated teachers' lounges.

We sponsor the South River High School Interact club with their community and international projects, and every year we give each third-grader in Crofton a dictionary. Through this project, the club looks at local elementary schools and determines what it can do that wouldn't otherwise be done. International contributions include Haiti, several countries in Africa and Brazil. Our main internationa

l project has been a daycare in Espirito Santo, Brazil that provides for over 90 children, where we purchased essentials such as food, kitchen supplies and a new water filtration system; currently, we are refurbishing the classrooms and updating the sanitation facilities to give the children a better quality of life.
