Planning begins for a mission trip scheduled for March 5-13, 2027.

The plan is to do both prosthetic and stove installation work, so it is a great opportunity to truly see the beauty of Guatemala and serve others in whatever way you want.

Planning for the near future- improving prosthetics work to serve more people means:

We are working to fund an improved system for creating prosthetic sockets. The new system will allow our prosthetists to cast and then create a plastic socket within days, on site, so that those we serve are able to get up and walking much faster. This will also allow teams to serve more people who need mobility.
The estimate for this oven and supplies is about $3000 and we are halfway there already.
Any donations are appreciated to help us reach this goal. The hope is to procure the oven itself in September and to get supplies ready to use for early 2027.

San Cristóbal has been hit by torrential rain. Current reports are no loss of life, which is amazing looking at the footage.
Our partners are working hard to care for displaced people, feeding and trying to secure safe temporary lodging. There is a great deal of damage and more rain is forecast.
To support them, we are requesting donations specifically for this effort. Donations can be made securely through our website, to fund food, and basic items to care for people. All donations made in July that are not otherwise designated will go directly to this fund.
